Tuition & Payment Information

Tuition for this workshop is due prior to attending the class via the "Registration Confirmation & Payment Form" that you should have received via email. Submitting that form complete with payment will be your formal confirmation of your plans to attend the workshop.

Payment options via the form include credit card, bank transfer, or "Affirm" which offers multiple payment plan options via their credit account/application process.

Bring Your Own Flute

Participants will be responsible for bringing a playable/fixable instrument to the class to work on. We will vet every participant’s chosen repair instrument via email prior to each training session. We strongly recommend identifying a back-up flute or an instrument you are comfortable practicing on rather than your full-time flute, as students will be guided in implementing basic repair procedures involved with a COA on their selected instrument.

Cancellation Policy

Tuition will be do before the start of your session. Cancellations received by 5:00 PM (ET) on the Friday prior to the start of your registered session are eligible for a 50% tuition refund.

Unfortunately, cancellations received after this deadline are non-refundable, as class sizes are limited and materials are prepared in advance. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis whenever possible.
