All piccolos include a classic style headjoint, leather French style case, leather case cover, silk cleaning swab, and swab stick. Each tone hole is undercut by hand to allow ease of playing and enhanced resonance. Wave style is only available in Grenadilla.

The Powell Signature piccolo is made by Powell at Powell's workshop in Maynard, MA, USA. Each instrument is made of aged grenadilla wood combined with a sterling silver mechanism. Signature piccolos utilize the Powell scale and have A-442 pitch and a conical bore. Each tone hole is undercut by hand to allow ease of playing and enhanced resonance.
