The Flutistry Team is committed to doing our part to help avoid the spread of COVID-19 in our community. In addition to extensively cleaning instruments with alcohol, Flutistry is quarantining incoming instruments for 72 hours before beginning work on them and encourage all our clients to do the same when instruments are returned. We are continuously monitoring the best available safety practices and will continue to update this page as more guidance from the CDC and our community become available. Effective Tuesday, May 26th Flutistry Boston will begin curbside pick-up and drop-off by appointment for repairs, instrument trials, and online orders. Appointments may be booked below. Appointments are available Monday through Friday 12pm to 4pm. If these times do not work for you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work with you to find a time when a team member can be on site.
Curbside pick-up is now available for instrument trials at our Florida location. Curbside pick-up for sheet music and accessories is coming soon, as well as repair! Stay tuned for more information.
Flutistry is continuing to provide full service repairs and adjustments by appointment at our Boston location. To schedule an appointment, please email email@example.com or call us at 617-519-8966. As a result of our expanded safety precautions, adjustments should be expected to take 4-7 days and COAs approximately two weeks.
